CryptoSeed is a local-only encryption utility. This Privacy Policy explains how CryptoSeed handles data.

### 1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies solely to the CryptoSeed iOS application.

It does not apply to:

* Apple iOS
* Apple Shortcuts
* The Files app
* iCloud or other Apple services
* Any third-party apps or services that may interact with CryptoSeed through user-initiated actions

### 2. No Personal Data Collected

CryptoSeed does **not** collect, store, process, sell, or transmit personal data.

All cryptographic operations, including encryption, decryption, and key management, are performed locally on the user’s device.

CryptoSeed does not have access to user data, keys, files, or encrypted content.

### 3. No Tracking or Analytics

CryptoSeed does not use:

* Analytics SDKs
* Advertising frameworks
* Tracking technologies
* Cookies
* Device fingerprinting
* Advertising identifiers
* Telemetry or usage logging

CryptoSeed does not track user behavior or app usage.

### 4. No Servers or Background Data Transmission

CryptoSeed does not operate servers and does not communicate with remote services as part of its core functionality.

User data, keys, and encrypted content remain on the device unless the user explicitly chooses to export, share, or transmit them using system features or third-party apps.

Once data is exported or shared, it is handled according to the policies of the destination service or application and is outside CryptoSeed’s control.

### 5. Local-Only Encryption

All encryption and decryption operations occur entirely on device using standard cryptographic libraries provided by the operating system or embedded in the App.

CryptoSeed does not perform background uploads, backups, or synchronization.

### 6. Children’s Privacy

CryptoSeed is not directed toward children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

Because CryptoSeed does not collect any personal data, no information is stored regardless of user age.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
